Seven hundred people reportedly submitted to this TV spec contest and about one hundred won awards of recognition, including this blogger. I submitted a spec for The Office (U.S. version) and I was just notified that I'm a Quarter finalist in the Half Hour Sitcom category. I'm on vaca in LA this week so the news couldn't be sweeter. I'm in the top 100. Not a winner, but it still feels good for my first time submitting. Time to jump in the pool for a midnight swim and cocktail. Later civilians...
P.S. I was sort of shocked that they have a reality show category. Some TV shows are fake!? How could this be??
